Privacy Policy //
Constructura limited collects and stores your name, address, and email. This information will only be used in direct application of the product.
Such uses may be; delivery of the Constructura booklet via post; delivery of your username and password information via email; or informing you of updates and changes to service which may affect the performance of the product.
No personal information will be passed onto third parties for commercial purposes.
Credit / debit card or any other financial information will not be stored by Constructura limited. All financial information will pass through the Paypal system.
Shipping Policy //
Username and password information is shipped via email. Shipping of the Constructura booklet is by standard post and within the U.K. will typically take 3 business working days.
Delivery times outside of the U.K. may take longer.
Returns Policy //
Our refund policy is 14 days from the date of purchase. A request must be made before 14 days has passed.
To make a request, send an email covering letter containing your name, address, username and password, as well as a description explaining your reason for your request to the contact email listed below.
Send the booklet back by post to the return address listed below. We must receive this no more than 7 business working days from the date of your email request to entitle you to a full refund.
No refund will be granted outside of these conditions.
